- Scope of work: Boston Pro agrees to perform the services described in the service agreement or contract. Any additional services requested by the customer will be provided at an additional cost.
- Payment terms: The customer agrees to pay the HVAC service provider the agreed-upon price for the services rendered. Payment is due upon completion of the work, unless other terms have been agreed upon in writing.
- Warranty: Boston Pro warrants that the services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. If the customer is not satisfied with the quality of the work, the HVAC service provider will correct any defects at no additional cost to the customer. This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse or abuse of the HVAC system.
- Liability: Boston Pro is not liable for any damages to the customer’s property that may result from the performance of the services. The customer agrees to hold the HVAC service provider harmless from any and all claims arising out of the services provided.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. The HVAC service provider will refund any payment made by the customer for services not yet performed.
- Governing law: This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state in which the services are performed.
- Entire agreement: This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral. This agreement may not be amended or modified except in writing signed by both parties.
